How do I access my courses?

Log in to the AwakenU app and navigate to the Courses tab. All courses included in your membership tier are available immediately after purchase.

I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

Make sure you're using the same email address you registered with. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected].

How do I cancel my membership?

Cancellations are managed inside the AwakenU platform under your account settings. Please review our cancellation policy before proceeding — some membership tiers have contract commitments. You can also email us for assistance.

Will I keep my course access after cancelling?

Yes. Course library access is permanent for all tiers regardless of membership status. Once you have access, it's yours to keep.

How do I book my 1-on-1 call with Danny?

Inner Circle and The One members must attend a minimum of 6 live sessions before the booking button becomes available. Once unlocked, you'll receive an email with your personal booking link.

How do I pause my membership?

Membership pauses are available for Inner Circle and The One members only. Contact our support team at [email protected] to request a pause and set your resume date.

I purchased an additional 1-on-1 call. How do I schedule it?

Once your additional call purchase is confirmed, our team will manually update your account and your booking link will reflect the additional availability. Email us if it hasn't updated within 24 hours.
