Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AwakenU platform operated by Morel Global Inc. ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
By joining AwakenU, The Collective, Inner Circle, or The One, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Permitted Users
Each membership is valid for one single user only. Programs and any content viewed are for personal, non-commercial use and are non-transferable. Any use beyond this will result in immediate termination of services without refund, and may result in additional legal action. You agree not to:
- Publicly share any portion of the program
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the program without express written permission from Morel Global Inc.
- Use high-volume, automated, or electronic means to access our platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the program in any way
- Use the program for public performances
Memberships & Programs
Rebalance
Rebalance is a course-based program. Upon enrollment, you receive lifetime access to all course content. Members who fully engage with the material, attend all live sessions, complete the course, and still feel they did not receive the value they expected may request a full refund by contacting [email protected].
The Collective
The Collective is a membership program available on 6-month or 12-month commitment terms. Members who complete their commitment term are graduated and receive permanent access to their course library and the AwakenU alumni community.
Inner Circle
Inner Circle is an annual membership with a 12-month contract period. Members receive access to live sessions, course content, and one annual 1-on-1 call with Danny Morel (subject to session attendance requirements). Anniversary milestones unlock alumni pricing benefits for Intensive programs.
The One
The One is an exclusive membership tier. Full program details, call allotments, and terms are provided at enrollment. All general terms outlined in this document apply.
Upgrades
If a member upgrades their membership plan, a prorated portion of any payment made in the current membership period will be applied toward the new payment.
Billing & Payment
Your enrollment authorizes Morel Global Inc. to charge the payment method provided at checkout. For monthly subscribers, the fee will be automatically debited on the same date each month. Annual subscribers will be automatically renewed unless cancellation is processed before the renewal date.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. None of your personal or payment details are shared with any third party for purposes other than processing your payment. You may update your payment method at any time within the AwakenU platform. Payments cannot be split across multiple cards.
Morel Global Inc. reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, with email notice provided prior to changes taking effect.

If you enrolled using a third-party financing provider such as Klarna, Afterpay, SplitIt, or any external payment plan, refunds cannot be processed by Morel Global Inc. as the payment agreement is managed entirely through the third-party platform.
Late Payments
If your payment fails, services may be suspended and you will remain liable for the full amount due. Morel Global Inc. will attempt to collect payment for 15 consecutive days for AwakenU and Collective members, and for a full month for Inner Circle members. If the account remains past due, Morel Global Inc. reserves the right to remove you from the program and revoke all membership benefits.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Committing to AwakenU, The Collective, or Inner Circle is a full commitment. There is an initial 30-day satisfaction period. Within the first 30 days, if you have attended the sessions, put in the work, attempted the transformation, and are not seeing the results you hoped for, contact us and we will either help get you on track or, if preferred, provide a refund.

After 30 days from initial sign-up, no refunds, pauses, or exchanges of any kind will be provided. Inner Circle and The Collective members must abide by their respective contract period.
Monthly subscribers will be automatically charged each month unless they process their cancellation within the AwakenU platform before their next billing date. Upon cancellation, permanent course library access is retained. Community access is removed at cancellation.
Member Conduct & Alignment
Morel Global Inc. reserves the absolute right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to revoke, suspend, limit, or remove any membership privileges, benefits, or access at any time if a member is determined to be acting in a manner not aligned with the purpose, values, or standards of the program. This includes situations where a member:
- Abuses or misuses membership privileges or benefits
- Causes disruption or harm to Danny Morel, program facilitators, staff, or other members
- Engages in behavior deemed disrespectful, harmful, manipulative, or disruptive
- Acts in a way that undermines the safety, integrity, or cohesion of the community
Any revocation of access under this section shall not entitle the member to any refund, credit, or compensation of any kind. You agree not to engage in any form of criticism, defamation, or slander of Morel Global Inc. or its employees, officers, directors, or agents.
Content & Intellectual Property
All content provided through the AwakenU platform — including videos, course materials, session recordings, and written resources — is the intellectual property of Morel Global Inc. and is licensed for personal, single-user use only.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or publicly display any program content without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.
Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morel Global Inc. and its employees, agents, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or from any breach of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Morel Global Inc. shall not be liable for any special, incidental, direct, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to the program, the sole, exclusive jurisdiction shall be the state and federal courts of the County of Austin, Texas.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement governs your use of the AwakenU mobile application ("App") operated by Morel Global Inc.
License Grant
Morel Global Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with your active membership.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or transfer your license to any other person.
Objectionable Content Policy
Morel Global Inc. has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior within the AwakenU platform and community. Any member who posts, shares, or engages in objectionable, abusive, or harmful content will have their access immediately revoked without refund.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
Updates
Morel Global Inc. may update the App from time to time. Updates may be required to continue using the App. We are not obligated to provide any updates or to continue providing any particular features.
Changes to These Terms
Morel Global Inc. may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the AwakenU platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
